Solihull Approach

All teaching staff recently completed Solihull Approach Training. Across the UK and internationally, the Solihull Approach supports mental health and wellbeing in parents, children, schools, and older adults through an evidence based model in trainings, online courses and resources.

As a school we would now like to share with parents and carers some of our key learning regarding understanding children’s behaviour. This term we would like to share with you the importance of play for children. Within the leaflet you will also find suggestions for fun activities which parents/carers can enjoy with their child(ren).

If you have any questions regarding the leaflet please do not hesitate to get in contact with myself.

As always thank you for your continued support regarding children’s mental health and wellbeing at Stokes Wood Primary School.
